Sagrada Família rewards a trip built around history & culture.
The first few minutes inside are quieter than the pavement prepares you for. Columns branch overhead, the glass changes from cool blues to warm reds, and the scale becomes legible only once you're standing in the nave. The museum downstairs helps with Gaudí's structural ideas, though it can wait if attention is fading. Tower tickets add views and tight stairs, not a better understanding of the building.
